Returns Information

If you wish to cancel your order we offer a no quibble guarantee. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of your purchase date. If unwanted goods are returned we will refund the product value and not the postage costs. Products can only be returned on cancellation if they have not been used or damaged after receipt. If you have opened the product and simply do not like it, we cannot accept the product back. All of the items we sell are purchased from the brand directly or the brands representative. When returning goods please ensure that they are sufficiently well packed for the journey. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of returned goods if your item is received damaged or faulty. You have the right to return damaged or faulty items within 30 days of your delivery date. Damaged returned goods should be sent by mail recorded postage services (not special delivery). Refunds will be issued on the receipt of the returned goods.
